Every plan includes the continuous SAM.gov and grants.gov watch, eligibility matching against your facility profile, and the four artifacts a senior consultant prepares by hand — narrative, capabilities statement, budget justification, forms-ready submission.

Both plans include the same continuous watch, the same eligibility engine, and the same four-artifact draft pipeline. The difference is scope (yards covered, drafts per month).

Plain answers to the questions yards ask before signing up. No proposal theatre — just the operational facts.
- Is there an annual option?
- Not at this time. Plans are billed monthly through Stripe; you can cancel from your dashboard at any time and the next renewal simply will not fire.
- What happens if a plan limit is reached?
- Drafts still queue and reissue once next month opens — you keep watching and matching, just not drafting past the cap. Upgrading tiers takes effect immediately.
- Does Hawsepilot file the application for me?
- No. We draft the package — narrative, capabilities statement, budget justification, forms-ready submission — and hand it to your team for review and submission. Submission decisions stay with the yard.
- Where is my billing data kept?
- Subscriptions run on Stripe (through Polsia's Connect account to the operator of Hawsepilot). We store no card details; renewals are billed on your card until cancelled.
